Through the years both the association and the industry have grown in size and scope. The chief objectives of the NCA today are:

Establish and maintain professional and ethical standards of business in the costume industry. Encourage and promote a greater and more diversified use of costumes in all fields of human activity. Provide trade information, cooperation and friendship among its members together with a sound public relations policy. We are involved in a very complex industry. Theatrical, masquerade, dance, academic and religious are only a few of the different kinds of costumers in business today. Add to all of this a variety of sidelines - flags, party favors, magic, balloons, fabrics, trims and novelties and an attempt to classify our industry proves impossible.

You're invited to share our experiences by becoming a member of the NCA. We're sure you'll find it fun, informative, and well worth your while.
